On February 14th, I’m hosting a special Valentine’s Masterclass at Ruspidge Memorial Lower Hall that is about so much more than just cake. It’s about building confidence, sparking creativity, and learning real-world skills.
Whether they are a kitchen novice or a "Star Baker" in the making, these workshops provide a calm, encouraging space for all genders to thrive.
What makes this a Masterclass? We aren't just sprinkling sweets; we are diving into the artistry of professional baking:
🎨 The Foundations: Real skills in cutting, filling, and stacking like a pro. 🐻 The Artistry: A step-by-step guide to sculpting an adorable fondant bear topper. ✨ The Magic: Revealing the secrets behind gravity-defying cakes! 💖 The Finish: Mastering smooth buttercream and delicate heart piping.
Every participant will design their own vision in their own choice of colors, taking home a masterpiece in a professional display box to show off to the family.
Workshop Details: 📅 Date: Saturday, February 14th 📍 Location: Ruspidge Memorial Lower Hall, Cinderford
⏰ Session 1 (Ages 7–12): 10:30am – 12:30pm ⏰ Session 2 (Ages 13–17): 2:30pm – 4:30pm
Price: £42 (All-inclusive: cake, materials, box, and a recipe card to keep!)
⚠️ Limited Spaces: I keep my groups very small to ensure every child receives in-depth mentoring and encouragement. Payment is required upon booking to secure your spot.
