Standard mini chef: Make and bake their pizzas. A minimum of 8 children at £15 per child. Our pizza party sessions last around one hour (set up and clean up time not included).

Travel Outside 5-Mile Radius: 45p per mile (Calculated for the round trip)

Travel Time Surcharge: £5 per hour of travel time

🚚 Travel Note: We offer free travel within 5 miles of our base! For locations further afield, a small travel charge of 45p per mile (round trip) and a £5 per hour travel time fee applies.

Junior Chocolatier: Chocolate & Craft Parties 🍫🎨

Combine chocolate making with creative crafts in our ultimate 1.5-hour Chocolate & Craft Workshop! Perfect for birthdays and group celebrations, children make their own delicious custom chocolate slabs and design their own branded wrappers to package them up.

What’s Included in the 1.5-Hour Workshop

• Chocolate Slab Creation: Kids pour and swirl rich Belgian milk and white chocolate into food-grade molds, loading them up with a colorful variety of sweet and crunchy toppings.

• Fridge Chill Time: While the chocolate sets in the fridge, the craft fun begins!

• Wrapper Crafting Station: Children use vibrant craft pens, colorful stickers, and labels to design their own personalized wrapper designs and brand logos.

• Cellophane & Sticker Packaging: Once chilled, the chocolate slabs are wrapped in shiny clear cellophane and sealed with the custom stickers and labels the kids designed themselves!

📋 Party Booking Notes & Terms

Payment & Guest Numbers

• Full Payment Upon Booking: Full payment and initial confirmed guest numbers are required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and time.

• Adding Extra Guests: Extra children may be added up to 7 days prior to the party date, subject to availability and prep capacity. Additional places will be invoiced at the per-head package rate and must be paid upon addition.

• No Refunds for No-Shows: Because fresh ingredients, custom cake bases, and personalized supplies are ordered and prepped specifically for your booking, we regret that refunds or reductions cannot be offered for children who are unable to attend on the day.

Session Timings & Structure

• Activity durations are approximate (typically 1.5 hours) and may run slightly over or under depending on group size, age, and pace.

• We recommend advising guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time so the activity can begin promptly.

Host Responsibilities & Supervision

• Adult Supervision: Our hosts are there to lead the practical food activity and tuition. To ensure a safe, fun, and manageable environment, the party host/parents are required to remain on-site and assist with general child supervision (we recommend a ratio of 1 adult per 4 children if under the ages of 8 years old).

• Venue & Hall Hire: Package prices cover our tuition, equipment, packaging, and food ingredients. Venue booking and hall hire fees are not included and must be arranged and paid for directly by the party host.

• Venue Cleaning & Tidying: Our host will tidy, wipe down, and clear away all our activity equipment, food stations, and workshop prep areas. General venue cleaning, rubbish removal, hall sweeping, and returning venue tables/chairs remain the responsibility of the party host/venue renter.

Venue & Facility Requirements

• Access Times: We require venue access 30 minutes prior to the party start time for setup, and 30 minutes after the session for packing up our equipment.

• Facilities Needed: The host must ensure the venue provides adequate table space for all participating children, handwashing facilities, running water, and access to a fridge (for chocolate setting where applicable).

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

• All severe allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the party.

• While we follow strict food hygiene practices to prevent cross-contamination, ingredients are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soya). We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
